Information you choose to send
When you submit an inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, and answers you provide, such as a property address, moving timeline, and questions. Forms are handled through Wix Forms, and submissions may also create a corresponding record in the site’s Wix CRM.
How inquiries are used
The site operator and authorized users may access inquiries to respond. Real estate inquiries may be shared with the disclosed partner, Tiffany Barlow at Lovely Fit Homes, for follow-up regarding the service you requested. Submitting a form does not automatically enroll you in an email newsletter or obligate you to use real estate services.
Website platform
Wix infrastructure powers site hosting and online forms. The platform may process browser, device, and service-use information to deliver and secure the website, subject to applicable platform policies. We do not currently claim that Google Analytics or advertising pixels are configured.
Protecting your information
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, identity documents, or confidential financial records through these inquiry forms or regular email. We use contact information to respond to requests; where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the site through the contact page, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
